On April 22, Kyiv resumes paying for parking, the cost of which varies depending on the zone from 5 to 35 UAH/hour on weekdays from 8 am to 10 pm, KCSA reported, UNN writes.

"Starting April 22, parking in Kyiv will become paid. Parking payment will be available again in the app Kyiv Digital," KCSA said.
As before, parking on municipal lots will be charged only on weekdays from 08:00 to 22:00. At other times on weekdays and throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday, parking is free.
The cost of parking depends on the area of the city and is as follows:
- Zone 1, central streets around Khreshchatyk Street - 35 UAH/hour;
- Zone 2, large center from Shulyavka to Pechersk - 25 UAH/hour;
- Zone 3, the rest of the city - 5 UAH/hour.
To pay for the service through the mobile app, you need to pay at the beginning of the parking:
- select "Driver services" → "Hourly parking";
- select the license plate number from the list or enter it;
- select the address and number of the parking lot from the list or it will be automatically determined by geolocation;
- click "Start parking";
- click "Finish parking" as soon as the car leaves the parking lot. After that, the user can proceed to "Pay for parking".
Parking can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
"Please note that municipal parking lots do not accept cash payments. It is the payment in the city app that is the official payment that goes to the Kyiv budget and is used to restore the city's infrastructure during martial law. During the air alert, parking inspectors do not fine drivers or evacuate cars, so do not ignore the alert notifications that also come to Kyiv Digital," KCSA said.
Parking fees in the capital have been restored by court order.
