In particular, there is a risk of Solsky's illegal hiding from the pre-trial investigation and court. At present, Solskyi is suspected of organizing two particularly serious corruption crimes and, if found guilty by the court, faces a sentence of up to 12 years. This risk is substantiated by the fact that Solsky holds several passports for traveling abroad. He also has three minor children, which allows him to leave the territory of Ukraine without hindrance, even under martial law. During the period of martial law, Solsky left Ukraine 21 times and it is also worth noting that Solsky's eldest son currently resides in Switzerland

On April 23, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine announced that the former head of the Verkhovna Rada's Agricultural Committee, who is now a minister, was caught taking possession of state land worth UAH 291 million and attempting to take possession of land worth another UAH 190 million
