Crimean parliament must resign - L. Grach

KIEV. September 29. UNN. Started collecting signatures for the resignation of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of autonomy because of the inability of parliament to protect the interests of the Crimea. This was in comments UNN told deputies of Ukraine Leonid Grach.

"Crimea has a special situation within Ukraine. Powerful bodies are endowed with special powers that are currently neglected authorities of Ukraine" - said Leonid Grach.

The People's Deputies, the parliament of the Crimea is not able to represent the population of autonomy, protect the rights of the ARC.

"Late Dzharty held in Crimea unconstitutional coup, as the Council of Ministers of Crimea can not control Parliament autonomy. This was because the largest faction in the parliament of the Crimea belongs to the Party of Regions faction, and today it is unable to protect the constitutional powers of the autonomy ... Ignored supreme representative government, which can not now defend himself, because the majority of its members protect their commercial interests ", - says Leonid Grach.

Evidence ignored the interests of autonomy and representative government in the Crimea weak, MP said that so far after the death of prime minister 'The Prime Minister Basil Dzharty Crimea, not appointed a new Council of Ministers of the ARC staff, as required by law.

"We have already collected 6,000 signatures for the dismissal, but we will give this government a little more time. Maybe they will correct the situation" - said Leonid Grach.
