Consulate and visa support centers can appear in Crimea

In his view, the opening of consulates in the Crimea would be "a significant positive signal" for EU business leaders who are considering investments in the Crimea.

C. Fule, in turn, said, intends to raise the issue of opening of consulates during a meeting with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Catherine Ashton and Managing Director for Russia, East neighborhood and the Western Balkans in the foreign service of the European Union, Miroslav Laychekom.
