D. Vetvytskyy: Money must remain in place

 When local budgets are overfulfilled, the money must remain seated and not transferred to the state budget. The broadcast on Channel 5 said the deputies of Ukraine, the president of "Truth" Dmitry Vetvytskyy, reports UNN .

 "If local budgets out overfulfilling budget, called the surplus money and they are transferred back to the state budget to Kyiv. And local authorities are unable to grow in place to develop their territory. Indeed, the local people knows better what they do best - repair way to replace the curbs, bus stop or make a roof in a kindergarten, "- he said. 
He said if these issues will be resolved only in Kiev and will need subsidies from the state budget once again return to the place, local authorities have no interest in financing the budget to increase the volume, because the money still in them taken away in Kyiv and in order to get them back then, it is necessary to gather a bunch of signatures and solve many bureaucratic issues.
"The money must remain on the ground, as in all civilized countries and that the people and government will be interesting to work, you will see results", - he added.
