Land plot in Semeiz with the square of 22,13 is put to the auction

 National Committee for Land Resources ARC appointed for June 16, land auction, which will put the area on the southern coast of Crimea in the Simeiz. This correspondent Unn reported according to the press service Reskomzemu ARC. 

Land area of ​​22.13 hectares, located in 3 km from the sea and 500 m from the road    will be put  at the auction.

Its purpose - is construction and maintenance of recreational facility.


Starting price area - is 5 million 203 thousand 843 UAH 65 cents.
