Engineers change stabilization plan nuclear reactor "Fukushima"

 Japanese engineers who are trying to stabilize the situation at NPP "Fukushima-1, abandoned plans to try to cool the damaged reactor, shell tanks in the water. 

 As it was discovered engineers operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO), rozplavylysya reactor fuel rods to form a hole in the bottom of the reactor shell, through which flowed into the basement about 3 tons of contaminated radioactive elements of water. 

Representatives TEPCO said that by Tuesday rep 'reveal a new plan.
