Formula gas prices have become private arrangements (documents)

And most importantly, the fate of each family. Because in the end for these prices, that is, new conditions of life for the situation in housing had to pay everybody.

In terms of policy conclusions that agreement can be regarded as one of the greatest victories of the Russian government. What were the reasons that the head of the Ukrainian government accepted these conditions and played for Russia? It remains an open question. It requires serious study. But there is a problem because not all information may be available. Those authorities, who are authorized to work with state secrets, it would be to study and progress of negotiations in Moscow.

But there is no doubt that this deal is a very serious factor in deterring the development of Ukraine.
