The New York Attorney General's office has released court decisions in Westchester County, the first sign that the state is preparing to try to seize Donald Trump's golf course and private estate north of Manhattan, known as Seven Springs. This was reported by CNN, according to UNN.

State attorneys filed the judgment in the Westchester County Clerk's Office on March 6, just a week after Judge Arthur Engoron officially released his $464 million judgment against Trump, his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, and the Trump Organization.
It is noted that the ruling against Trump and the difficulties the former US president is having securing bail while he appeals the verdict directly hit Trump's image as a billionaire as he tries to raise more money for both his legal bills and his third White House bid.
The decision has already been made in New York City, where Trump's properties are located, including Trump Tower, his penthouse in Trump Tower, 40 Wall Street, his hotel across from Central Park, and numerous residential buildings.
According to the review, no judgments have been issued in Florida counties, including Miami or Palm Beach, where Trump's Mar-a-Lago property, Trump National Doral Golf Club and Resort, or Cook County, Illinois, where Trump's Chicago hotel is located.
Now Trump has four days to execute the sentence or force the appellate court to allow him to publish a smaller amount or postpone the payment until the appeal is over.
