The Security Service has collected evidence against another Russian occupier involved in the massacres of civilians during the battles for Kyiv. This was reported by the SBU press service, UNN reports .
We are talking about Timur Seferov, a 32-year-old contract soldier with the 15th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces,
Details
It is noted that in the occupied village of Mokrets, Brovary district, the racist, together with other invaders, fired at private homes, broke into them and took away people's property. It is documented that during one of these "raids" the Sefer wanted to take a cell phone from a 53-year-old local resident.
Having felt resistance from the man, the Russian fired several shots from an assault rifle at him right in the yard of the house. As a result of severe gunshot wounds, the victim died on the spot.
Based on the collected information, the SBU investigators served Seferov a notice of suspicion in absentia under Part 2 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war). The materials for putting the suspect on the international wanted list are being prepared.
Comprehensive measures are also underway to establish the whereabouts of the Russian war criminal and his punishment for the murder of a Ukrainian citizen.
