Black Sea Security Conference meets for the second time: delegations from 42 countries participate

The Second Black Sea Security Conference in Sofia analyzes the impact of Russian aggression on regional security and discusses strategies to counter threats and ensure sustainable development of peace-loving states.
The Second Black Sea Security Conference of the International Crimean Platform has started in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. Participants will analyze the impact of Russian aggression on the security situation in the Black Sea-Azov region and beyond, discuss strategies for responding to existing threats and the future of regional security. UNN reports with reference to the message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"In order to develop effective strategies to respond to existing challenges and ensure sustainable development for all peace-loving states in the region, Ukraine and Bulgaria are jointly holding the Second Black Sea Security Conference in Sofia on April 15," the statement reads.
The conference is co-organized by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense of Ukraine and Bulgaria in partnership with the Center for Defense Strategies (Ukraine).
It is noted that the conference is attended by delegations from 42 states and 8 international organizations.
"The participants of the conference will analyze the impact of Russian aggression on the security situation in the Black Sea-Azov region and beyond, discuss strategies for responding to existing threats and the future of regional security. The key topic of discussion will also be the implementation of the Ukrainian Formula for Peace," the statement said.
