Enemy shelling of Belopillya in Sumy region: one of the wounded died in hospital

One of the wounded civilians died in hospital after the hostile shelling of Bilopillia in Sumy region.
In Sumy region, a 51-year-old man died in hospital from severe injuries as a result of enemy artillery shelling of the center of Bilopillya. Two more people were injured. This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.
According to the investigation, on April 19, 2024, at about 12:00, the occupiers fired artillery at the center of Bilopillia, Sumy district. As a result of the enemy's attack, a 51-year-old civilian was seriously injured and died in hospital
Another man and two women were reportedly wounded. A multi-storey building, cars, shops and a pharmacy were damaged.
Under the procedural supervision of the Bilopil Department of the Sumy District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier UNN reported about three wounded as a result of Russian shelling of the center of Bilopillya.
