An explosion in a high-rise building in Bila Tserkva destroyed the reinforced concrete ceiling from the 2nd to the 5th floor, killing a woman, UNN reports, citing the State Emergency Service.

According to the rescuers, the explosion destroyed the reinforced concrete ceiling from the 2nd to the 5th floor.
Upon arrival, it was found that the explosion had completely destroyed 1 balcony on the 3rd floor and partially destroyed 1 balcony. An apartment on the 3rd and 4th floors is on fire.
During the reconnaissance, it was found that from the 2nd to the 5th floor, the reinforced concrete ceiling had collapsed.
One female victim was found dead in an apartment on the 2nd floor. One child was rescued on the 4th floor.
The fire was localized at 15:29.
