Currently, there are no Russian warships on duty in the Black and Azov Seas. Russian warships have not been on combat duty lately, but this does not reduce the threat of missile attacks on Ukrainian territory.

Details
In general, there is a presence of missile carriers in the Black Sea, and we need to realize this. Even when they are brought to their basing points, they do not cease to be dangerous. The level of danger from them remains extremely high. Whether they will be put on combat duty or not is a matter of hours. And this must be remembered. In general, they have not been putting missile carriers on duty lately, except when a massive missile and drone attack is planned. And we have repeatedly observed this trend
She noted that this may have been due to a change in the leadership of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and that this move was used as a test.
"As of now, there has been no information about the deployment of missile carriers or any other warships in the Black Sea or the Sea of Azov," added Humeniuk.
