South Korean Defense Minister Shin Won-sik said that North Korea had sent about 7,000 containers to russia, emphasizing that they were filled with ammunition and other military equipment.
The statement came just hours after the South Korean military reported that North Korea had launched short-range ballistic missiles into its eastern waters.
