Ukraine is not asking for too much, we need air defense systems and combat aircraft - Zelensky
Kyiv • UNN
President Zelenskiy said that Ukraine needs air defense systems, combat aircraft, artillery, and stronger sanctions against Russia to protect cities from Russian terror and win the war.
During a speech at the Delphi Economic Forum, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is not asking for too much, and the country needs air defense systems and combat aircraft that can protect our cities from Russian terror, UNN reports .
Details
Ukraine is not asking for too much. We need air defense systems and combat aircraft that can protect our cities from Russian terror. A few dozen systems and a sufficient number of modern fighter jets will solve the problem of Russian aircraft and bombs. We need artillery to push back the front and return normal life to the land occupied by Russia. And we need justice - the kind of pressure on Russia that will prevent Putin from increasing his military potential: ever-increasing sanctions against Russia, confiscation of Putin's assets, and zero tolerance for Russian disinformation
He added that this is absolutely realistic and depends only on the political will of the partners.
Putin can only make up for the lack of solutions in the world with his aggression. A deficit that is taking too long. It is possible to win this war. But victory is not won by deficits. I want to thank everyone who understands that time in war is life, it is an opportunity to save many lives when you do not hesitate with decisions. I thank everyone who is really helping. (...) We must see our victory over Russian terror together. putin must lose his bet
