It is noted that the russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration will train "civil servants" to work in Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. The first enrollment for the course will be 50 people.

The CNS also adds that all graduates of the program are legitimate targets for the Resistance Movement and will not escape punishment.
