Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met in Kyiv with the head of the French National Assembly, Yael Brown-Pivet. The latter said that Ukraine is ready to invest in French defense technologies in order to directly purchase French military products. The head of the defense ministry announced this on his Facebook page, UNN reports.
I was pleased to meet in Kyiv with the President of the National Assembly of France Yael Brown-Pivet. I am grateful for the comprehensive support provided by France to Ukraine to repel Russian aggression, in particular for the signing of the bilateral security agreement.
