According to the investigation, the traitor supported the aggressive war against Ukraine in his posts and justified the war crimes of the occupiers.
We are talking about the head of the russian community of Poltava region, an ideological supporter of the Kremlin regime.
At the request of the russian federation, he prepared more than 60 anti-Ukrainian publications, with the help of which the enemy tried to discredit the Defense Forces and undermine the confidence of international partners in Ukraine.
Based on the SBU materials, the court found the offender guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Art. 111, para. 2 (high treason committed under martial law) Art. 2, 3 Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants)
