According to him, a 4-year-old boy has a head injury, a 16-year-old girl has an injured leg, and another 5-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction.
He said that the first hit was on a power substation. The second hit was on the private sector, the Russians hit a residential building, and a fire broke out.
