According to law enforcement, in 2019, two Kyiv residents, who were 12 and 13 years old at the time, met a 50-year-old local resident on the street. He immediately invited them to his home.
According to police, the girls consumed alcohol and drugs offered by the man in his home. After that, the Kyiv resident had frank conversations with them on sexual topics and showed them photos and videos of pornographic content.
Later, he incited minors to create their own images and porn videos, for which he paid money. These meetings lasted about four months
The crime was exposed in 2020. The man was served a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 156, Part 5 of Article 301 and Part 3 of Article 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He was detained during the pre-trial investigation.
Recently, the Podilskyi District Court found the detainee guilty of the crimes and sentenced him to a maximum term of 12 years in prison.
