It is noted that in the operational area of the Southern Defense Forces, daily counter-battery fighting continues. The enemy does not stop trying to break through the defense on both the Kherson and Orikhiv directions.
He made 4 assaults in the area of Robotyne, 5 in the area of Staromayorsk and 1 in the area of Novodarivka. On the left bank of the Dnipro, the enemy attempted two unsuccessful assaults on our positions. Having suffered losses, he retreated to his original positions.
According to the operational command, our soldiers continue to fortify their footholds and prevent the enemy from reaching new frontiers.
The Russians do not stop aerial reconnaissance, and continue to put pressure with artillery and air strikes. The Russians strike at the positions of Ukrainian defenders during their assaults to support the infantry of the Russian army.
During the combat day, the occupiers launched 1 missile attack on Zaporizhzhia region using an X-59 guided missile. They also carried out 7 air strikes with the use of 10 guided aerial bombs and unguided aerial missiles in the Orikhivsk direction.
