The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Solsky reacted to the suspicion in the case related to land seizure. His statement on the situation was issued by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, UNN reports .

Details

Solsky explained that at the time of the events in relation to which he was served with the suspicion, he did not hold any government positions, but was a lawyer. According to him, these are the events of  2017-2018.

The circumstances of seven years ago relate to a dispute between state-owned enterprises and individuals, including the ATO military, over land that was granted to the latter in accordance with the law. Disputes are resolved by the courts, including the Supreme Court, and as far as I know, a number of decisions have so far stated that state-owned enterprises have no right to the land that NABU is probably referring to

The head of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy also promises that he will guarantee "maximum openness" to establish the truth.
