The Parliament may extend the grace period for the reorganization of state healthcare institutions into state non-profit enterprises until December 31, 2024.
In the coming days, the Verkhovna Rada will consider in the second reading a bill that will extend the grace period for the reorganization of state healthcare institutions into state non-profit enterprises until the end of the year. This was reported by UNN with reference to the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada meeting.
Details
According to the document, it is planned to extend the grace period for the reorganization of state healthcare institutions into state non-profit enterprises until December 31, 2024.
The grace period provides for exemption from fulfillment of creditor obligations during reorganization and the need to obtain consent to change the debtor in obligations, from the need to conduct a mandatory property valuation.
The procedure for transferring real estate is also simplified. In particular, the transfer of real estate from state healthcare institutions - budgetary institutions, rehabilitation institutions to state non-profit enterprises formed as a result of reorganization is carried out on the basis of accounting data of the relevant budgetary institutions regarding such property and the results of its mandatory inventory.
Recall
