A tractor driver was killed in the Kherson region near one of the settlements of the Vysokopil community as a result of an explosion. This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports .

Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),

Details

According to the investigation, on March 29, at about 13:40, a tractor driver died in a field near one of the settlements of the Vysokopil community while performing spring field work.

While driving the vehicle, the man hit an explosive device left by the Russian army, which detonated.

The prosecutor added that together with other law enforcement agencies, they are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.
