Kyiv • UNN
Ukraine needs Patriot air defense systems, missiles for them, various cruise missiles for aviation, and missiles for man-portable air defense systems to protect its skies from Russian attacks.
In order to protect its skies, Ukraine needs Patriot systems and missiles for them, as well as various cruise missiles for our aviation. Air Force spokesman Ilya Yevlash said this during a telethon, UNN reports.
According to the Air Force spokesman, Ukraine needs Patriot systems and missiles.
"First of all, we need Patriot systems and missiles for them, as missiles are a consumable. We need missiles for man-portable air defense systems of various types, as they are used both at the front, in the fight against enemy aircraft or drones, and in repelling attacks by mobile fire groups," the spokesman said.
He also added that it is important for our aviation to have cruise missiles of various types.
"We need cruise missiles for our aviation: Storm Shadow, SCALP, possibly TAURUS and various aircraft missiles," he concluded.
