German Chancellor Olaf Scholz welcomed the decision of the US Congress to pass a bill providing assistance to Ukraine. He said that Russian President Vladimir Putin "miscalculated". Scholz wrote about this in the social network X, reports UNN.
It is an encouraging and necessary signal that the US Congress has allocated funds to support Ukraine. It shows that Putin has miscalculated if he thinks that Europe, the United States and other partners will ever abandon Ukraine
