On the territories of Novooleksandrivska and Vysokopilska communities, land plots were used in violation of the law. Prosecutors found that under the guise of concluding joint venture agreements for industrial training and internships, the land of educational institutions was actually used for commercial purposes, rather than for educational purposes
However, in the course of the proceedings, the defendants independently took measures to stop the violations - they terminated the disputed agreements and returned the land plots. It was also announced that the rulings of the Commercial Court of Odesa Region and the Velyko Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Kherson Region closed the proceedings on the claims of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office in connection with the voluntary elimination by the defendants of the violations that gave rise to the lawsuit.
