This Friday, a large-scale music festival Coachella began in the United States, much of which is being broadcast live on YouTube.
The large-scale music festival Coachella started this Friday in the United States. Most of it will be broadcast live on YouTube. The schedule was published by the specialized publication Pitchfork, UNN writes.
Details
The festival takes place over two weekends: April 12-14 and April 19-21.
This year's Coachella headliners are Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, Doja Cat, but you can find many other stars. Among them are the reunited No Doubt, as well as Ice Spice, Blur, J Balvin, Peso Pluma, Grimes, and Vampire Weekend. There will also be Two Shell, Jockstrap, Mdou Moctar, Bicep, Lil Yachty, Oneohtrix Point Never, Faye Webster and Brittany Howard.
However, the colorful festival near Palm Springs faced its lowest sales in a decade, The Guardian reports. While last year tickets sold out within four days, this year there was a decline in interest: it took 27 days to sell 125 thousand tickets for the first weekend, with tickets still available for the second weekend. The first weekend pass costs $499, while the VIP pass costs $1,399.
Lana Del Rey became the Friday headliner of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2024. She performed at the festival in Indio, California, for the first time since her debut in 2014.
